Retaj Engineering Consultancy is a G+4 licensed practice based in Dubai. Since 2010, we have helped landowners and developers plan, design, approve, and deliver projects with clarity and control. Our work spans custom villas, low-rise residential, small commercial, and mixed-use footprints. We coordinate architecture, structure, and MEP early, submit complete documents to the right authority, and supervise the site with discipline until handover.
